ADMISSION PROCESS

Application forms for admission to the Pre-Nursery, L.K.G. & U.K.G. for 2021-22 will be available at the school office.

Admissions offered in the academic year 2021-2022
Garden City Public School offers admissions to Pre-Nursery, L.K.G., U.K.G. and Grades 1 to 10 subject to the availability of seats & eligibility.
Note : Pre-Nursery to U.K.G. :- We assign only 35 students for a section.
(Main teacher-1, Assistant teacher-1 and Ayah-1 for each section)

For your child admission : Age group details are given below :- (Only few seats are available)

Class Age Group
Pre-Nursery 2.6 to 3.10 years
L.K.G. 3.6 to 4.10 years
U.K.G. 4.6 to 5.6 years

I General Guidelines:-

  1. Prospectus & admission form can be obtained from school office on payment prescribed by the institution.

II Documents to be produced at the time to admission:-

  1. For class up to I , original birth certificate along with a photocopy of the same.
  2. For class II and above, original T.C. countersigned by the competent authority and report card of previous academic session.
  3. Copies of passport size photograph.
  4. Migration Certificate for the students coming from other states.
  5. Student's Caste Certificate
  6. Student's Aadhaar Certificate
  7. Parents' Aadhaar Certificates
  8. Student's Aadhaar Certificate
  9. Parents' Aadhaar Certificates

Note: Mere taking application and prospectus does not guarantee admission.

III Fee Rule:-

  1. All payment should be either in Cash or by Demand Draft in favour of "Secretary, Garden City Public School".
  2. In case, the fee is not paid in time, a fine of Rs. 5.00 per day will be levied.
  3. Fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  4. Transfer Certificate is issued only after all the dues (including Rs. 25/- for issue of certificate) are settled.
  5. Bonafide certificate/other certificate will be issued on payment of Rs.25/-.

Students seeking admission to Pre-Nursery should be at least 2 years 6 months of age as on 1st June of the academic year. Students seeking admission to L.K.G. should be at least 3 years 6 months of age as on 1st June of the academic year.
